Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver your package due to an incomplete address or the recipient not being available, they may:

  • Leave a collection notice

  • Hold the parcel at a local depot or pickup point

If the package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, delayed beyond expected timelines, or arrives damaged:

  • We will investigate the situation with the courier.

  • If the parcel cannot be located, we will offer either:
